What a FAB class.
Very clear - not too much preliminary babble - straight into it. We both loved it. Also, what a treat to go home with a beautiful folder, pen and ink. Plus, the delicious nibbles, wine and log fire made for a perfect evening.

A serendipitous scroll on Instagram’s stories, led me to book a last-minute place that afternoon. I don’t know where the time went as I was enjoying it so much, the atmosphere, Kate’s expertise and not to mention her cake! Pure creative bliss – I will definitely be back as I want to be able to write like Kate, whose copperplate calligraphy is utterly beautiful. She is also a beautiful soul to be around. I really enjoyed Kate’s teaching. She breaks the technique down into bite size pieces which helped me understand the principle and left me wanting to keep on practicing. This was a lovely introduction to calligraphy in the easy atmosphere of her beautiful kitchen. The tea and home made cake were a very delicious and welcome bonus. I would definitely recommend it.
